An error occurred while saving the comment NBKweb commentedChiming in that this really needs to be implemented. The password reset email is going to be the first Wild Apricot email many of our members see, because they have to reset their passwords to renew existing memberships that we have imported. As many have already pointed out, not only will the email not be branded appropriately, it will include bad links and information that will likely prevent people from finishing the renewal process. If other emails can be customized, this seems like it shouldn't have taken two years to integrate as a feature. Please fix this.

An error occurred while saving the comment NBKweb commentedThanks for the reply. I'm now on the 5.0 release and I'm back to work on this. I was able to do what I needed on #1. Thanks for the link.
Can you elaborate on what I would need to apply the JavaScript you are describing in #2? I haven't done anything like that previously. Thanks.

2 questions regarding recurring payments:
1) Am I correct that it is not possible to let the member choose whether they want automatic recurring payments? I don't want automatic renewal to be the default, but it would be nice to allow individual members to opt-in to it. I don't want to set up different membership levels, because that would create a confusing number of options. If not, is it planned for the future?
2) Is it possible to remove the "no recurring payments" text from the application? If I don't have recurring payments on any membership level, so it's unnecessary and confusing to show that repeatedly for each option. I looked through the theme files trying to find where I might be able to customize that text, but I'm not sure which file would control it. Any advice would be appreciated.
