Even though it is not a direct implementation, I hope this could be helpful:
We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy google calendar events into WA events. So if you share a google calendar for events submission, then the scenario could copy submitted events into your Wild Apricot account.
You can try this integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2275-copy-google-calendar-into-wild-apricot-eventsAn error occurred while saving the comment Schneibs commentedAllow members & non-members to submit events, and offer workflow for Event Manager or Admin to approve/post for public viewing.

An error occurred while saving the comment Schneibs commentedThe released functionality ALMOST solves my organization's need — a small tweak to the existing functionality would solve.
Could you make it possible (say with a checkbox) to suppress the system generated label of (x of y sessions) that is presently automatically appended to the name of the event?
I could/would use the existing functionality for truly RECURRING events, not events that are comprised of multiple sessions....which is what the existing label-append makes them! :-)
Please? :-)
And thank you very much for this great mechanism to provide requests/feedback, etc.

TO ADD A SITEMAP.XML to a WA SITE:
Create a new folder under file mangement called sitemap.
Then upload your site map to this folder.
Sumbit your site map to Google, it will look something like this yoursite.com/resources/sitemap/sitemap.xmlA good place for free google sitemaps is:
xml-sitemaps.comSchneibs supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Schneibs commentedThis is critically important for the organization I represent as well. For our purposes a single XML sitemap for the site would meet our requirements.
I am watching a scary traffic slide since switching to WA, and losing the XML sitemap. Do wish I had realized in advance.
this functionality would allow me to post physical posters for an annual campaign and reach more people than I can reach with my email list and other vehicles.....
