Is this feature on the calendar for you guys to implement in 2019? We are desperate for it. Our business needs the ability to offer a payment plan for our events. Thanks.
An error occurred while saving the comment Greg Charlap commentedIt's been 6 months since anyone from WA commented with an update here. Guys, can you please give us an ETA on this? I see that you guys already have the payment processing in place, and that you are now offering payment plans for MEMBERS. When can we expect a payment plan option for EVENTS? I'm trying not to have to migrate to another software system, but without a release date in sight, we may have to. Please let us know. Thanks.
An error occurred while saving the comment Greg Charlap commentedSorry to keep commenting on this thread, but after reading about the new features just released, it looks as though the framework for this feature is being worked on (WA released their own payment solution and recurring payments for members). It would seem like this is a step in the right direction to lay down the framework for payment options for events. Can anyone at WA confirm or comment please?
An error occurred while saving the comment Greg Charlap commentedThanks Oleg. When you receive a timeline, we would appreciate the heads up. The feature is so critical for us (Installment payments for events), that we are starting to look at other software options altogether. We love Wild Apricot, and would like to continue using it, but really need this feature. Thanks again.
An error occurred while saving the comment Greg Charlap commentedIs there any update on the roll-out of this feature? We are desperately in need of payment installment options for all of our events (monthly, split etc...). Each event we run spans 18 weeks for a price of $360. Parents have asked to pay monthly instead. It would help drive attendance for us if we could offer this. Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment Greg Charlap commentedWe are desperate for this function as well. We need the ability for main event registrants to be able to register (and get charged for) one or many sub-events. We would need separate attendance lists for each sub-event as well.
Greg Charlap supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Greg Charlap commentedWe are looking for the same functionality. I would like to have 1 MAIN event with many SUB-EVENTS. We also need the attendee list and check-in to be SUB-EVENT specific.
Ex: If the main event is "3-Day Conference", the attendee should be able to select 1 or many sub-events "morning seminar, dinner, golf etc..." with pricing added to each one. I would need to then look at a separate attendee list for each so that we can check in the "morning seminar" attendees separately from the "Golf" attendees.

An error occurred while saving the comment Greg Charlap commentedI would like to limit or expand ADMIN access for my employees. Especially on the MOBILE APP.
Main idea is for my employees to be able to take attendance with the APP remotely at the event site.
The way the program is now, I would have to give my employees FULL admin access to allow them to use this.
With 45 events per month, we are forced to manually print out attendance sheets.
Allowing us to create employee-specific ADMIN permissions to be used online and on the APP would be great. Thanks.
Wild Apricot Team, is there an update on this feature yet? It's been almost 2 years. Any information will be appreciated. We are struggling without the ability to offer payment plans on our events. Thanks.
