Please provide an update and let us know why the full text of the post cannot be included in the e-mail notification that is currently sent. Even if full listserv capability is not planned for rollout, having the full text of the post included in e-mails would go a long way to addressing what has been an issue with many of your users.
Also, communicating the plan would be very helpful. Our organization is planning to pay another vendor to get better functionality and this will involve member re-education about a new process. If something is coming from Wild Apricot, then we can hold off on these plans... being in limbo about what WA is doing impacts us!
Thank you!

An error occurred while saving the comment Ernie commentedAlthough this is part of another feature request, that one has been on the list for years without resolution.
Perhaps just having the text from online posts included in e-mail notifications can be made more simply apart from the full functionality of a listserv?
We too have had members leave our organization over frustration with the collaboration with other members. We have had to look elsewhere and are planning to move people over to another service.
At least having the full text of the forum update included in the e-mail would be of great help to the way our users prefer their workflow.

I agree with the recent posts about a mobile solution not being a good replacement to listserv capability for our membership.
I'm incredibly frustrated with Wild Apricot in regards to handling this feature request. It seems that users are ignored despite the popularity of this item. And now communication is cut off yet again with the promise of a different solution that can't be discussed further. This request has been around since 2008?!?
My prior comments have been ignored, including the request for a small workaround of the entire text of a post to be included in e-mail notifications. My guess is that this comment will again go unanswered.
