   We have a Lifetime Membership for $1,500, payable in 2 yearly installments. Our individual professional membership fee is $150.00 annually. Am new with Wild Apricot, so this may be my fault, but can't find a way to have existing lifetime members fill out our new membership form without being billed.

3. Add an "Other" option to a Membership $ Amount Level so the member can choose to put in their own amount.
