   Why has this been an outstanding request since 2008? Personfiy/WA, you really needs to move this up the priority list. Not having this function is becoming an increasing issue for our organization. We are looking at other vendors that offer this service because you are not giving your users what they need.

   It’s rather ridiculous that this feature has not been added. It can’t be difficult given that all other system email can be customized.
