Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.
The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:
- A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
- Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
- Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
- Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
- A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.
We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here…

Enable viewing of emails online- for organisation newsletters it would be good to be able to view these online and share with others, as well as sending them to all members.

This would be great for our organisation - we have volunteers across various states who manage events and we would like to give them access, but without the risk that the member information is open, or would be changed.
