  2. 15 mins downtime on 21 July 2014

    Due to internal network connectivity issues on live environment one of our database servers has failed over that caused of downtime for all client’s sites. Downtime took approximately 15 minutes. We're currently investigating the cause of the issue to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  6. Intermittent connectivity issues on 4 June 2014

    On 4 June 2014 our hosting company experienced some intermittent network connection issues. This resulted in some of our clients (those still on version 4.6) not being able to access their sites. The time periods most affected were between 10:30am - 10:50am and between 3:20pm - 4:10pm EDT. We are not aware of any version 5 clients who were affected by this.

    During this gradual version 5 migration period (the first time we ever tried something like this!) we have to support two separate live environments for version 4.6 and version 5. This has resulted in some unforeseen glitches, and…

  7. Email Issues on 3 June 2014

    On 3 June 2014 we experienced some email glitches that resulted in some previously sent email emails from 27, 28 and 29 May being resent. This started with some email server problems on version 5, which resulted in emails getting stuck in "Sending in progress". Around the 28th of May we had experienced similar email issues but that was on ver 4.6. In our attempt to send the version 5 emails only that were stuck in "Sending in progress" we mistakenly resent the version 4.6 emails from 28th of May as well.

  12. Gradual System Upgrade 5.0 - April 19, 2014 beginning 1:00 am (EDT)

    The first gradual system upgrade to ver 5.0 is scheduled on 19 April 2014 beginning at 1:am EST. Paid sites may experience a short downtime (under 30mins), while all Trial accounts will be inaccessible for up to 7hrs.

    During this upgrade only Trial accounts will be upgraded to version 5.0 http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Release+history , while an "upgrade date notice" will be added to all other accounts.

  14. 15 mins downtime on Mon 17 Mar 2014, starting at 3:35 EST

    Wild Apricot servers unexpectedly went down on 17 Mar 2014 for about 15 mins beginning at 3:35 EST.

    The issue was traced to a disconnected cable at our hosting company, and we are taking appropriate measures to prevent this in future.

  18. 35 minutes downtime on Fri 24 Jan, starting at 5:15pm

    Wild Apricot services were unexpectedly down for about 35 mins on Friday 24 Jan 2014, beginning at 5:15pm EST.

    Our hosting company informed us one of their other clients suffered a DoS attack (Denial-of-Service) which brought down their network, causing Wild Apricot services to be affected as well. They assured us no servers were actually damaged during this period.

  19. 63 minutes of downtime on Saturday, Jan 11 beginning at 12:19 am

    Wild Apricot services were unexpectedly down for a 63 minute period beginning at 12:19 am on Saturday, January 11, 2014. This service interruption was due to a malfunctioning UPS device used by our hosting company. They assure us that they will take measures to avoid similar issues in the future.
