  2. PayPal maintenance on Feb 6 2015 starting at 1:00 AM EST

    PayPal will be performing maintenance of their system on Feb 6 2015.

    As stated in their notification, there will be 6 separate impacts lasting approximately 1 minute each between 1:00 AM EST to 4:30 AM EST

    During this time payment not being processed, freezing, errors might occur.

  3. Support system maintenance on January 20th at 3:00 AM EST

    Database maintenance on Wild Apricot's online support system will take place on Tuesday, January 20th, beginning at 3:00 AM EST. The maintenance is expected to take 15 minutes to complete. During this time, support.wildapricot.com will not be available. You can, however, continue to email your support requests to support@wildapricot.com. Your Wild Apricot sites will not be affected.

  6. Version 5.2 to be published on December 10, 2014 at 3am

    Version 5.2 of Wild Apricot will be published on Wednesday, December 10th, beginning at 3:00 am (EST). Wild Apricot sites will be inaccessible for up to 15 minutes.

    This release includes a number of new features, including:

    -Logging in using social network credentials
    -Choosing a starting page for members
    -Sorting membership levels
    -Locking member privacy settings
    -Exporting to CSV, XLS
    -New site search gadget
    -Forum moderator options
    -Restricting access to forums and blogs by member group
    -Exporting registrations across multiple events.

    This weekend, November 15th and 16th during maintenance 2-7AM EST some of our services could be unavailable for a few minutes. This is related to last vulnerabilities founded by Microsoft (Security Bulletin MS14-066) and it's needed to improve our security systems to protect your data.

  10. iPhone app shows maximum 20 events per screen

    [Wed, Oct 08 2014] The app seems to be limited to 20 events per screen (upcoming, past, all events screens) and there is no possibility to scroll screen for additional events. [Tue, Oct 21 2014] Wild Apricot mobile app updated to version 1.0.1 and is available for download from App Store. Latest update - both problems are fixed now, make sure you updated to the newest app version (1.0.1)

  12. Sites unavailable early this morning.

    Services were unavailable from 6:36am until 6:45am EST today.

    During this time, we experienced a substantial inbound spike that was affected bandwidth. The issue was escalated to our hosts Network Operation team for further analysis on the incident, however, we have not heard back yet on their preliminary findings.

    We will update this post when we have more information.

  15. 15 mins downtime on 21 July 2014

    Due to internal network connectivity issues on live environment one of our database servers has failed over that caused of downtime for all client’s sites. Downtime took approximately 15 minutes. We're currently investigating the cause of the issue to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  19. Intermittent connectivity issues on 4 June 2014

    On 4 June 2014 our hosting company experienced some intermittent network connection issues. This resulted in some of our clients (those still on version 4.6) not being able to access their sites. The time periods most affected were between 10:30am - 10:50am and between 3:20pm - 4:10pm EDT. We are not aware of any version 5 clients who were affected by this.

    During this gradual version 5 migration period (the first time we ever tried something like this!) we have to support two separate live environments for version 4.6 and version 5. This has resulted in some unforeseen glitches, and…

  20. Email Issues on 3 June 2014

    On 3 June 2014 we experienced some email glitches that resulted in some previously sent email emails from 27, 28 and 29 May being resent. This started with some email server problems on version 5, which resulted in emails getting stuck in "Sending in progress". Around the 28th of May we had experienced similar email issues but that was on ver 4.6. In our attempt to send the version 5 emails only that were stuck in "Sending in progress" we mistakenly resent the version 4.6 emails from 28th of May as well.
