  6. Phone support is currently down; email support is intermittent

    Because of an issue with our support system software, Wild Apricot phone support is currently unavailable, and email support is available intermittently. Our support software supplier is working to resolve the problem and restore regular support.

    Unfortunately, due to technical issues with our servers, there might be temporary issues with website availability approximately from 7:00 AM EST until 8:00 AM EST.

    Our System Operations engineers team are working to mitigate this issue.

  13. Version 5.9 to be published on December 6, 2016 beginning at 2:30am EST

    A major update of Wild Apricot – Version 5.9 – is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6th, beginning at 2:30 am (EST). Wild Apricot sites may be inaccessible for up to 30 minutes.

    This update includes new features and enhancements to existing features, as well as a number of bug fixes. The changes include:

    • Void invoices rather than delete them
    • Link slideshow images to separate destinations
    • Display captions along the bottom of slideshow images
    • Redesigned email drafts screen
    • Exit menu for exiting the email wizard
    • Email templates now grouped by type: Saved, Themed, Basic

  17. 5 Hour Outage, March 21st 2016 Update

    On March 21st, 2016, out clients experienced a 5 hour outage which resulted in all Wild Apricot services to be down.

    The exact time of the outage was 1:25 pm EST - 6:39 pm EST

    The reason for the incident was a failed scheduled maintenance action of rebuilding the SQL server indexes.

    We are taking proactive steps to ensure that this issue does not happen in the future and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  19. Version 5.7.2 update on January 25th, 2016 at 3am EST

    An update of Wild Apricot to version 5.7.2 is scheduled for Monday, January 25th beginning at 3:00 am (EST). Wild Apricot sites may be inaccessible for up to 30 minutes.

    This update will include some new features, including:

    Ability to edit document links
    JavaScript access to API from Wild Apricot site pages
    New simple email layout

    As well, Wild Apricot is migrating to a new and improved customer support system so we can serve you better. During the transition period, the ability to submit support requests from within Wild Apricot has been temporarily suspended.
