    Clients are receiving Bad request errors when adding certain combinations of gadgets. The gadgets are being duplicated leading to the error.

  2. Advanced contact searches currently not working properly

    Advanced contact searches are currently returning the entire contact, ignoring any filtering criteria. Advanced member contact searches are working properly. Any emails that use saved contact searches to populate the recipients list are working properly as well.

    We are working on resolving this issue and hope to have a fix in place soon.

    We would like to announce that issue with event reminders delivery taking longer than usual has been addressed.

    Event announcement emails delivery might take a few hours.

    The issue occurred because of misconfiguration of one of internal processes which is used for processing emails for delivery.

  8. Version 5.12.2 update beginning on October 9th, 2017 at 3:00am ET

    An update of Wild Apricot to version 5.12.2 is scheduled for Monday, October 9th, beginning at 3:00 am (ET). The process will take up to 2 hours, but no downtime is expected for Wild Apricot sites.

    The update will be released to clients in batches over a space of a week to ensure stability.

  9. Version 5.12 to be published on Monday, August 28th

    Version 5.12 of Wild Apricot is scheduled to be published on Monday, August 28th, beginning at 3:00 am (ET). The publication process will take up to 30 minutes, but Wild Apricot sites will still be accessible during this time.

    This update includes new features and enhancements to existing features, as well as a number of bug fixes. The changes include:


    • Ability to filter the Donations list by date, or by the value of a custom donation field of the dropdown or radio buttons type, such as fund.
