  5. Emails delivery delays for Yahoo email accounts

    We have received several reports of email delivery problems to yahoo-based emails. Our investigation have established that Yahoo email servers are currently 'deferring' emails sent by Wild Apricot servers on behalf of our clients to yahoo-based emails. (In a nutshell this means that they are limiting the volume of emails we are able to send to them, which results in delays or eventual failure to deliver).

    We have contacted Yahoo about this matter and provided them with the detailed information about the issue and we hope they will be able to react to this quickly.

  6. Nov 12: Intermittent problems between 3:35 pm and 5:35 pm (EST)

    At 3:35 pm our monitoring systems alerted us that some client websites are responding slowly or even returning "Server is busy" message. Our technical team has immediately jumped on the problem. We could not find the problem right away so initiated a reboot of our servers. After the restart most client sites started to work but quite a few were still very slow and were occasionally throwing "Server is busy"message.
    Our further investigation indicated that the most likely reason is excessive traffic (possibly a DDOS - Distributed denial of service attack) to one of the sites on our platform.…

  9. Issues with processing credit card payments for Wild Apricot subscription

    We are currently experiencing issues with credit cards payments processing for Wild Apricot subscriptions.

    Administrators might be seeing errors when trying to pay for their Wild Apricot accounts' subscription and no payments are processed.

    Our engineering team is aware of this issue and we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible.

  17. Problem with links to help articles. Workaround available.

    Currently, some links within the help site are not working. If the links ends with text rather than an article number, try removing the text from the link. We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    In this release, we've added a COVID-19 email template, and fixed a number of bugs, including a critical bug where a site becomes unavailable after loading a page with an upcoming events gadget if the site has a large number of events.
