We're having a problem with logging in to admin view from wildapricot.com and while we're fixing it, we've temporarily removed the login button from that site. You should still be able to log in from your actual Wild Apricot site. If you're not sure how to do that, see https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/21#where

  8. Browser compatibility changes to comply with PCI mandate

The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) has mandated that all credit card processors must retire version 1.0 of an encryption method called TLS (Transport Layer Security).

To comply with this directive, and ensure the highest standards of security and data integrity, Wild Apricot will stop supporting TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 on March 12, 2018, but will continue to support TLS version 1.2. However, some older browser versions do not support TLS 1.2, so visitors to your Wild Apricot site may have to upgrade their browsers if they want to make payments on your site.

    Resolved  ·  Evgeny Zaritovskiy responded

The issue has been resolved and everything should work fine now.

For some reasons, one of our servers responsible for this type of service was showing high CPU load while our live monitoring was showing green light. We’re currently investigating what happened and looking for a root cause. Based on that, we will figure our action plan on how to prevent these types of situation in future.

I sincerely apologize that it took several hours to identify and fix the problem.

  10. Internet outage at Wild Apricot office may result in slower Support response time

We are experiencing an Internet outage at our Wild Apricot head office and as a result, you may experience difficulty reaching a support agent by phone, and slower response time to support requests submitted by email or from our support portal.

This will not affect the response time of Wild Apricot sites.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

On October 3rd our engineers found the root cause of performance issues with our email servers. Unfortunately there was a misconfiguration of them which led to email delivery delays.

The issue has been fixed and we do not experience any delays in email delivery now.

We would like to sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience the issue has caused and will try doing our best to prevent this from happening again.
