  2. Change fee to donation when event is cancelled and member doesn't request a refund.

    I found that you can actually do the refund through Affinipay. I also use their Quick Bill on their app for additional last minute addons, i.e. Silent Auction, onsite book sales, etc.

    I definitely like Megan's suggestion below.
