Maybe send it to a .pdf file or something, so that it will always work with my printer? I'd like it to take up most of the page, be centered, and most important, NOT kick into the next page if some of my event titles are long.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kevin Prince commentedWe would also like to limit event registrations by group level. We have a bunch of events that only families who have paid a participation fee are eligable to register for, and once they paid we add them to a special group. Only members who are also group members should be allowed to register. It does no good to limit them by web page since people can still get to the event page from the calendar.
So put us down as wanting this feature too... thanks!

We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy Wild Apricot events into google calendar. So you can share this google calendar and you members can subscribe to it.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2276-copy-wild-apricot-events-into-google-calendar

An error occurred while saving the comment Kevin Prince commentedDid this experiment end? My feed URL comes up with a "Failed to fetch..." error and Google can't see it. If the feed generator script has been removed, has it be replaced with something else? I could really use this functionality... getting my WA events into a shared Google calendar!
Actually, I just tried this with my other WA account and this URL works... http://freshapricot.com/apps/wildapricot/events/feedtogoogle.php?url=inventorsforum.memberlodge.org/Content/RSS/events.ashx?pageId=83347
But the one I'm having trouble with is this one... http://freshapricot.com/apps/wildapricot/events/feedtogoogle.php?url=www.hopeca.com/Content/RSS/events.ashx?pageId=143362
Chief,
Thanks for the response. The problem is when there are so many events in one day (and the event names are long), causing the calendar to spill over into the next page. I have a .pdf example at www.quickpatents.com/clients/calexample.pdf. The solution would be to truncate the names of each event beyond a certain point, and to limit the total number of listed items in a single day to a certain maximum number (for instance).
The other, most elegant solution, is to build a calendar template that you send to a .pdf generator that maximizes a single sheet of, say, letter sized paper. Then every calendar print-out looks the same, but of course it would have the month and year and the specific events listed, and if there was a day that had too many events or events with names that were too long, you could either reduce the font size, and once that's at a minimum, start truncating. Just a thought if you have a .pdf writing script.
Of course, the other solution is we just use less verbose event titles, which we're going to try to do. But the person entering events is not always the same, and they are not always aware of how their entries (as a group) affect something downstream like members printing a calendar. Thanks for any consideration, or other suggestions.
