An error occurred while saving the comment Leon Frank commentedWe found this limitation to be just plain silly. We ended up using 4 different fields, one each for City, State, and Zip, then a 4th for all of them combined. When I imported the majority of the members from an Excel spreadsheet, I used concatenate to combine the fields into one field for the import so most members haven't noticed how silly it is. But now when we add members one by one and they are supposed to enter their own information, the limitation is clear that the software can't assemble these pretty standard elements itself. We don't need more columns, we need the ability to display City, State, Zip on one line.

An error occurred while saving the comment Leon Frank commentedAs a church, the need for family memberships is huge. The email issue is less a problem than the inability to link them for family context and keep them separate for membership context. We tried bundles but that was a disaster. For one thing, as soon as you bundle them, it changes all membership levels to the bundle administrator which is definitely NOT what we wanted. the bundle concept would work with a few modifications, including allowing all family members to be added from a single screen which automatically inserts family address and home phone, then leaves room for individual selections such as email and cell phone. Also we'd need a main heading line such as Mr. and Mrs. Leon Frank and Family, or however they want the Christmas Card addressed.
We have an ongoing need to print our member directory. I know, printing an online directory is almost oxymoronic, but we have 35 members who have vowed to die never owning a computer. We can't move forward and leave them behind. We have found no way to print a nice looking directory with photos. We suggest WA have a formatting option for each page that allows for printing in a nice format without the computer stuff at the top. I can't believe we're the only ones with a need to print in a nice format, are we?
