   Actually how about 'Member' view instead of Public view when a user with Admin rights is logged in but is not in Admin view?

   Merged several posts together, so that both public and admins lists can be customized. This is better for analysis and design to work on them together.

3. Show the "Changes History" button to any admin on pages where they have update rights
