    This functionality is essential to an HOA. We provide all paid members with a printed directory as it contains a lot of other information that members use throughout the year. We have been contemplating not renewing with WA for this reason. There are a lot of things that I like about WA, but this feature is essential. It should be something that is offered at a bare minimum as an export.

    I absolutely concur. We will never grow in terms of numbers since we are an HOA and membership is by home. If I could have an additional 12 contacts and pay for those - I'd even be willing to pay for a block of 20 then I wouldn't have to have a complicated system.
