    I ran into the same snag, especially for campaigns where the vibe of the first line didn’t match what I wanted people to see in their inbox. Being able to set the preview text would make a huge difference. I’ve had to do this kind of thing for projects tied to https://jnsq.agency , and having control over that little snippet really helped shape engagement. WildApricot adding it would be a win.

    I’ve bumped into the same headache, and having those automated messages show up in the log would make life so much easier, especially for chasing down failed sends. I’ve been using an https://www.inboxally.com on the side to keep my sender reputation healthy, and it’s helped me spot when issues are on my end versus the system’s. A simple “resend to failures” button would save so much back-and-forth guesswork.
