This still needs to be addressed. I use WildApricot for two different associations. Both have a no refund policy. In RARE circumstances, we might allow a credit for a future event, but that is not common at all. The fact that there isn't a simple configuration setting to allow me to indicate that there will be no refund when I process an event cancellation is extremely frustrating. And from the looks of the comments, this is a very common practice/perspective.
