    Hello everyone,

I've been working on this idea for a while, and most of you have described the same trap. You need a volunteer to run one or several events, and the only way to let them is to hand over your whole contact database and your finances. But there are different events and different needs. So I'd like to test the shape with you before we build it.

The idea is to maintain the current role of Event Manager, which currently grants access to all events. However, you can also limit this access and assign the person to specific events by choosing from one of three levels of access:

    1. Check-in assistant - welcome people at the door, handle walk-ins. Sees their assigned events and who's registered. Checks people in, signs up whoever turns up, takes payment at the door. Cannot edit the event or its registrations.
    2. Registration manager -

Hi, thanks for the App. Our members and the organizers really love it. But as a main event manager of all our events, I would be happy if I could choose and reduce the rights of each event organizer. At the moment I have to give each organizer the full rights as an event manager - even when he only checks-in participants of his event via the App. Actual that means every organizer could modify or delete by mistake each event even it is not his own.

I would appreciate it if the event organizer (as set in the event emails) could manage only his own events.
If that will not be possible to realize I would appreciate it if I could choose the rights of each organizer. For example: can delete events, can edit, can add contacts (non-members) or can only check-in the participants.
    That would be very helpful.

I noticed the admin said (about a year ago) that there is still a problem with adding a guest registration later - and for now there is no direct workflow for this.

Is there any fix for this coming? It is a major problem for my group, as we allow members to bring guests, so they consistently want to add/remove guests as their guests' plans change.
