We are happy to announce that a new Text notification service is now available for you, our early adopter group. Check out the new Apps menu in your WildApricot account!
If you don’t see the new Apps page in the main menu, you may 1. be outside of US / Canada, 2. don’t have the paid subscription, or 3. have multiple accounts we don’t know about.
If you want to explore a new Text notification service, contact our support team to enable the new functionality in your Wild Apricot account.
The setup process is easy, and as always, our team has prepared detailed help articles to address all of your questions.
We can’t wait to share these new tools with you and look forward to hearing your feedback.

For me personally, this a great suggestion and I’ve been thinking about it for long time myself. Ideally, I’d really like completely redesign our membership levels to concurrent subscriptions model. Subscription gives you access to some information or provide privileges. There can be multiple ways of buying it – e.g. for a year or two, recurring or not, etc. Altogether, subscription-based model is very robust and easy to understand. Please, vote!

As David has said there is a real problem with 'lost' company information when the administrator changes. The join date changes to the date the new administrator was added to the system. This date is very important to us as we use it on their membership certificates and it controls when the invoices go out. I also agree with all of the posters above. There should be separate contact for invoicing only.
