    I think your pricing structure is horrible jumping from a limit of 500 to 2000. I wish there was an option to maybe have the 500 limit, then say $5 or $10 per 100 more contacts.

    The ability to update common fields for all contacts at one time. For example, when you add a new field and select it for default, all contacts should have that defaulted to their information.
