API call to create (POST) invoices
I would like to be able to create (POST) invoices via API.
This feature would help us when when we need to generate invoices for a many members. That payments can already be created via API is useful. The feature for Invoices that I am requesting would seem to complement the existing feature for Payments.

We would like to use WA to generate invoices for members submitting scores for events. Depending on member level, we charge different amounts for each submission. Being able to programmatically generate invoices -- including adding and removing items -- would be extremely valuable.

We use WA for a makerspace member management. I'd like to use API to add invoices for tool usage. For instance, we have a laser cutter that we charge laser cutter time for. Would like to use API to add an invoice for each member that incurs charges on a periodic basis.
