Automating refunds - when a refund is processed in WildApricot, onwards processing that through the payment processor to the original form of payment - so that refunds don't have to be processed manually in the payment processor would be very helpful, reducing overhead and reducing errors (refunding in one place but to the other; refunding the wrong payment in the payment processor, etc.). We have moved to Stripe, and would love refunds to be automated into Stripe!
It would be brilliant to have an analytics function for use of the website. Who has logged in? What pages have they looked at, etc.
