I would like to see the option turned on if you have selected a payment provider that can support this functionality, i.e. Stripe - https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/discounts Save Submitting... Not being able to offer a discount against membership levels with recurring payments seems a little crazy - surely most people would want to use recurring payments if they are available, which renders the entire discount code feature moot.
I would like to see the option turned on if you have selected a payment provider that can support this functionality, i.e. Stripe - https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/discounts
