   A chat gadget (or something similar) would be great for my membership sites personally because both sites are targeted toward groups that like to chat in real time and be able to communicate with each other in real time. Many of my business customers like to mastermind with others immediately and being in highly competitive business environments, need answers faster than the forums may deliver them.
