I agree with this idea. It would be helpful if "Full read-only access" was one of the optional checkboxes under "Limited administrator" rather than a separate radio button.
For example, it would be helpful for us to assign some admins the "Event manager" and "Full read-only access" so that event managers can see the full profiles of our members.
