A basic feature of most any website that produces a billing statement or processes a transaction, allows its users (members) to download a .PDF, .csv or other file types needed for accounting, records or bookkeeping purposes. WildApricot website builder suggests by allowing administrators to create Invoice templates, that these will be added to invoices when issued to their members, however, Personify ZenDesk customer support claims that this feature does not exists and that an invoice can only be manually output by an administrator from the dashboard.
Invoices as files for members to access either by the email they received the invoice in or from a download link or area within the member's profile page when logged in is extremely critical and a major inconvenience not to have this available. It was not until invoices were issued to our membership using the website for the first time, that we discovered this was the case. With a large body of members inquiring about getting a copy of their invoices, not just the embedded form found in their online member account, we are struggling with issuing them manually upon request.
It appears this has been requested a few times over the years and it is simply astonishing that the feature is not available on the member side.
Please rectify this and understand the urgency that we request it be implemented.

This is a very common feature of most platforms and deserves to be added to WildApricot sites. Please, please, please add this feature!
