If clients such as myself can't change or update the default avatar (silhouette that vaguely looks like a person), then WildApricot should update it on their end. The current generic avatar is low quality, ambiguous, and even creepy. Many of my members have not uploaded avatars, so it makes the site look unprofessional and uninviting. This would be a ridiculously easy change, but since WildApricot hasn't bothered to add a feature that would solve this that was suggested in 2015, I'm sure this request will go into limbo, too. Too bad, considering how much I'm paying per month.

The default avatar is absolutely ugly! It really makes my site look awful and unprofessional. I have since made the avatar upload required, but that creates a hassle for new members, and may even discourage some from joining. I cannot believe such a simple modification was suggested in 2015 and still hasn't been updated. Given how much money I pay per month, I would hope that WildApricot would want their client sites to look the best they can. If nothing else, can you update it so it doesn't look so low quality and downright creepy? Pretty much anything would be better.
