Our non-profit (to support public library) had just started a subscription to WA to coordinate our memberships, donations and website all with one system and then COVID hit and all was shut down. However, one of the main things lacking that we REALLY needed was the ability to track volunteer hours so that we could recognize their work and provide reports to the library as to # of hours we assisted. PLEASE PLEASE add a way to track volunteer hours so that once we get back to work we can sign up again for your (otherwise) very useful product. Thanks.
