We had a member who avoided past due charges by creating a new membership, which also got prorated by the software ... that was the correct thing to do. He used a different email address which is how that slipped by, and on the phone number, he used digits only to cause it to not match. I was thinking that for a phone number match it should look only at digits and not at any phone number punctuation -- parentheses, dashes, dots, spaces, etc.
