1. uploading custom header

   I have been trying some new themes and every time I change the theme my custom header disappears. That's OK, I can replace it, but today when I try to upload it the page just hangs.

3. Background customization

   I changed the background image, but when I have the scroll there a little left over white bg because the image isn't big enough. Is there a way I can have a bg color and a image in the CSS, so the leftover white well be black and look like it's a part of the image?

5. linking to file in menu and having it open in new tab

   Hi folks,

   I've been playing with the page redirect script in the meta-tags of a menu item and it works great, but it performs the redirect within the same window. this is wonderful behavior sometimes, but other times, for instance when a menu item is a pdf file to be downloaded, it would be nice for that redirect to happen in a new tab. Anyone have any suggestions on how to make that happen?

6. Adding logo to invoices

   Is there a way to add a logo to the invoice in the system when a printable version is generated? Right now we have the logo on the email templates. However, when I am in the system, in my profile and I click on the print icon to generate a printable version of my invoice, there's no logo. If I can add one, where in the settings do I apply it?

7. Aurora Hybrid Footer Height

   I've been playing around with the custom CSS for the footer of our site: http://www.coamp.org and I'm having trouble figuring out the correct container or style to modify the footer height. I've found the container that holds the footer content, but this doesn't modify the size of the colored footer container.

   Can someone help out with some custom css that I can throw in to modify the height of the footer as needed. The current footer is big and clunky looking and I'm trying to shrink it down some. Any help is appreciated.

8. Use of custom HTML gadget

   Hi,

   On our website we have a register of boats http://www.steamboatassociation.org.uk/Default.aspx?pageId=1117882 which was created before we moved to the WA system. Since the register is currently displayed on the site in an iframe, when the register page is larger than the iframe the page displays two sets of vertical scroll bars which is annoying to use.

   I notice that the custom HTML and custom form gadgets are described as using javascript to adjust the frame size so that it fits that of the content. I am wondering would it be possible use the custom form/html gadget instead of a normal iframe to solve our problem.

   I have tried defining the location of the html of the module and content containers used in the WA gadgets with the file that was used to define the content of the iframe ( e.g.src=" / resources / register / index.htm ") but can't get it to work.

   Is what I am attempting to do possible, if so any help would be appreciated.

9. Code to add Pinterest to WA site??

   Hello,

   Now that WA is on Pinterest, are there any plans to provide instructions for WA users to add Pinterest Board Widgets to our sites? I've followed all of the instructions on the Pinterest site to no avail. I'm sure there a simple trick to adding the code to WA.

14. WA Log-in box on non-WA hosted site without redirect

    Hello,

    Does anyone have any idea how to change the code to make this work or any ideas to help?

    I am setting up a website for a small volunteer organization. I have both a WA site set up and a non-WA hosted site. The non-WA hosted site is the main site and I am utilizing a lot of WA widgets on that site, for example signing up for events, joining the organization, viewing the membership directory, etc. Visitors to the website should never leave the actual non-WA site.

    I have several widgets behind the "members only section". I can direct the widget to those pages and the widget will (correctly) prompt them to log in and allow them to view the content as intended. However, this method provides no functionality to be able to log out.

    I would like to be able to add a log-in box at the top of my non-WA site to allow users to log in based on their WA information functions identical to the log in section on an actual WA site. It would prompt them to log in and after successfully logging in it would display their name/view profile/change password/log out. I have found the code provided to insert a log in box on to a non-WA website and tried it. However, that code provides for an automatic redirect to the WA home site. I do not want a redirect after successful log in.

    Ideally, I'm looking for a "log-in widget" that allows the log in/log out function without redirecting a user from the non-WA account.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    I'm new to Wild Apricot and am using Widgets to add functionality into my business site. I'm close to getting ready to launch soon. I cannot figure out how to resize or change the background color using the widgets codes.

17. Moving Login in theme?

    I have tried a couple of methods to move the login but I think I am over thinking it all.

    On our page (aibl.org) the login/logout info was at the top right had (per that theme). I changed it but now I just have a link to login. Users want to be able to login/logout the same way they did when is was at the top. Anyone know how I can place the default login/logout where I have that simple link on the left under my menu?

18. Overall File Storage Limit

    I would love for the Storage Limit to be much larger. I would pay more $ for more space. I'm talking 10 to 25 GB. 1000 MB is not enough for business like mine to share larger documents, presentations, PDF's. Right now I am paying Dropbox.com for space for me and my colleagues to share information. That is $ you guys could be making. Maybe you guys can team up with Dropbox and profit off each other. Just a thought.

19. Move login box from top right to below navigation menu

    How do I move the login box from the top right of the site to below the navigation menu on the left. I know how to move the absolute position of the login box, but I want to position it so that it moves up or down as the navigation menu changes. For example, if a user clicks on a menu item that drops down 4 sub-menu items I want the login box to also drop down. If I just use absolute positioning the login box either gets overlapped when sub-menus drop down or has to be positioned so far beneath the navigation menu that it looks funny.

20. Adobe Typekit and Google WebFonts

    Hiyah,

    I am trying to use Adobe Typekit or Google WebFonts in the design of my site.

    Am having difficulty getting either to work.

    I have tried two methods with Typekit, having inserted Typekit's two lines of code into the <head> section of each page by using the Meta-Tags>Raw Headers window.

    1) - using CSS customisations to generate a custom class:

    • then using that to surround some text:

    This method has no effect

    2) using span class on the page, to reference 'h1asd' defined in typekit as a

    This method has no effect eitherGoogle Webfonts also requires a line of code in the <head> section which I've also done using Meta-Tags>Raw HeadersThen I've added this to the CSS customisation: h1asdg { font-family: ‘Raleway Dots’, Arial, serif; font-weight: 400; } And again tried wrapping the text in a <h1asdg> tag, but also with no effect.
    What am i doing wrong?

    I am trying to use Adobe Typekit or Google WebFonts in the design of my site.

    Am having difficulty getting either to work.

    I have tried two methods with Typekit, having inserted Typekit's two lines of code into the <head> section of each page by using the Meta-Tags>Raw Headers window.

    1) - using CSS customisations to generate a custom class:

    • then using that to surround some text:
      

    <h1asd> Test text </h1asd>

    This method has no effect

    2) using span class on the page, to reference 'h1asd' defined in typekit as a

    <span class="h1asd">Test text</span>

    This method has no effect… more
