I just had one of our committee chairs ask about this. We don't need or want more than the 5 full admins our subscription allows us, but we have about a dozen committee chairs or designates that we'd like to be able to provide the ability to contact other members. Some kind of limited admin ability that provides them with access to the email system. Alternatively, the ability to create a list of members and assign an email address alias to the list, which we can put into the directory, etc.
