   This has clearly been a requested feature for a long time.

   Over the years since this request was first posted, has anyone found a semi-automatic way to do this, either in Excel (Custom Views? macros?), Word, with an Avery template, or even with scripting (iMacros + a browser), or any other way?

   [There is also a very similar wishlist topic requesting a way to export formatted data to print membership cards.]
