Mailing address fields -- but if we had these in our contact fields already we would not need it in the event application -- correct?
We would also be glad if the Practice information fields could transfer to the membership profile. There are many other fields that we would not ask of an event attendee (education background, description of practice for public website) that we do ask of our members.
The problem I have with this is that if I give a "membership pending" status to someone who pays for membership via a conference registration, they can't access their profile to fill in the missing data! Huge embarrassment for me -- after I wrote to a bunch of MDs asking them to log in and complete their membership application.
Is there a reason why pending members are not allowed access to edit their profile?
I would also probably move a couple other fields like "how did you hear about us" and "interest in Lifestyle Medicine" to the general contact field.
