   I vote yes! Keeping it as simple as possible would be helpful for my members as well. Your demographic seems to be the same as mine.

   Just add a line to the membership database field that the new member can fill in. I use this line as a mandatory field with multiple choice options for answers. Then, I can always export and search the database when/if I need to know that piece of information. Hope this helps!
