our organisation use to have 3 membership levels which included set services from other partner organisations but time has shown that not all of the extra services are needed. we implemented the membership fields using the radio +charge buttons in the membership. as weeks pass members realise that it would be of benifit to have the next level of buy in service. currently they can not upscale them selves. now have lost the operator free operation and again spending too much time on the data base Please please have a look at this.
