The Events Calendar on the homepage is way too large and ugly. I would like to see a small, icon-sized calendar that can be clicked on and enlarged if a visitor wants to see it. Otherwise, it should be inconspicuous. The past month-next month arrows should remain but not be visible until the calendar is enlarged.
