Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.
The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:
- A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
- Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
- Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
- Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
- A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.
We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here…

We use the Wild Apricot system as a means for our registered members to sign up for paddling sessions. It would be extremely helpful for our coaches if (1)
(2) If there was an easy way for the coaches to print the attendees list. Right now it is spaced out so much that it can take up to three - four pages. Not all of our coaches are administrators and don't require that access.Brighton

We would like this very much. We use the system as a means for our registered members to sign up for paddling sessions, and this is critical for our coaches.
