   Allow polls to survey all attendees rather than restricting access, i.e. have an unrestricted option on who can respond to a poll. We'll only send the link to those we want to hear from.
   Also have an option to allow people to respond to a poll without logging in. We are trying to issue a program evaluation for a program attendees registered for using another platform.
