I'm happy to say that we have started working on providing prebaked PDF of all invoices and include them into our emails.
Couple of details about how we designed it:
- it will be a link to download pdf of invoice available throughout the product (including emails sent to contacts)
- as of now it will be static PDF, but later on we plan on adding capability to edit these PDFs as well

Dear Support, can you please introduce an option where invoices be converted to a PDF and added as an attachment to the emails that are dispatched automatically regarding invoices?
Some of our clients have advised that an embedded invoice into an email would not suffice as a valid support.
As a result, we export the invoices from Wild Apricot to Word, format them and then covert to a PDF document. However, this is time consuming. Thanks!!!!

Hello Wild Apricot, we are required to provide our membership committee (external parties) with all membership forms. Can you create a mechanism where the membership form that persons fill out on Wild Apricot can be exported to a PDF? This will allow all formatting to remain constant. Thanks
