Yes I am witnessing something similar where the Support Technical Documents state that the user should receive a 'confirmation message' if they click NO or MAYBE. I don't see that message, I'm not sure if that feature fully works when you send a test email or not either.
In general the RSVP system needs to be easy to understand and smooth as silk. Think MeetUp.com style, except for the need to be logged in.
