I wish our events cost $1000. Well maybe not but... Ours was only $560 and we wanted to put the final payment off 5 months. The ability to have a current cost that is much more than the registration cost is golden. Try planning an event with a significant cost and making comittmentments without a clue of how many members will attend. Been there and done that. I suspect that the folks at Wild Apricot have done a "great job" of creating a website for us to pick on but never had a club or NP to work with. Your request could have saved me 4 solid days of work around. I even "YELLED" at the supporter of WA who caused us to change to WA. Also, it only took 6 days for WA to answer my request for a deposit option. They were busy during Covid. Okay some slack. Yes, I got the same workaround that you did. All they need to do is accept negative numbers in the options section of events. Seems a simple fix. To WA's credit, they referred me here to make suggestions on how to improve the website. I am holding my breath for the compensation of 4 days of frustration due to a simple calculation sign "-".
