I’m happy to have prorated invoices issued month 1, 2 or 3 of the term if a member is joining and starting in that term.
However …
1) If a member joins within 28 days of the end of of a term, they are within the window where existing members 1st renewal reminder emails
and new term invoices are issued. The new member who has just joined will be up for renewal the 1st day of the next term, but is excluded from receiving any
reminder emails or system issued invoice for their renewal … all has to be manually done for the new members.
2) If a new member fronts up toward the very end of the term, it is usual for them to not be started until the 1st day new term. They cannot be joined
using the “Join me” or manually coz the invoice generated will prorate them for the remaining days of the current her,
Make sense?
Thanks for the great support … nice to know stuff doesn’t disappear into the great black hole when it’s submitted to you. Mightn’t get fixed in the short term,
but at least one knows it has been read!
Some further clarification to the above ....
