   Since this has got three votes, it might be helpful to suggest what file size is require. 50MB would be plenty for audio podcasting, allowing for 1-2 hours high quality audio. If it was raised to 100MB then that would cover a 10-15 minute video netcast. There are obviously bandwidth implications for serving audio and video content and file storage would be much greater if you wanted to keep past episodes in your catalogue.
