500 Internal Server Error
I have JavaScript that use the Member API on my site. They’ve been working for more than a year and have been unchanged for months. Suddenly I’m getting a 500 Internal Server Error on those pages. Is this a known error? Has the API changed? The scripts use an Ajax call using the format here https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1705-working-with-api-from-javascript . This is CRITICAL as the pages are on pages that deal with time sensitive and important organizational business. Any help is welcome.

Hello Gary and Jessica.
I checked the situation with the support team and the development team. We are already investigating on our side and any information requested from you by our support agents will be helpful.
In our latest update, version 7.27, we didn't make any changes to our API, either hidden or breaking existing integrations. Any issues you are experiencing are not related to this release.
This thread will be closed. If you have any further questions related to this situation, please contact our support team.

This seems to be fixed now with no updates to my scripts. It appears that WA is not going to mention it and will continue to gaslight its customers. I hope someone from the company can get on and speak to this but, I am very much disappointed in how this has been handled.

Gary - Others are having this problem as well. Support has responded to my ticket by telling me to go to one of their partners if I need help with MY code and with reminders to read their service agreement (they don't help with custom code). Very passive aggressive and dismissive. There's clearly an issue with this latest update and it is not being acknowledged.

I have exactly the same problem..... I contacted help and they have passed it onto their technical team. That was 4 dats ago, no reply. This is an awful error and it also stopped my users accessing some critical functionality. I did a bodge work around to get the user information I needed (user WaNo and Email) by loading the user profile in an iframe and pulling off the data using javascript. If you want the code Email me. My site is AstonOwners.com.

I copied and pasted the code into my site and changed the account number. The code results in the same Internal Server Error message. Seeking advice or assistance because this is impacting critical functionality in my organization.
