How can I override the Tinted Tiles theme to hover the sub-navigation items to the right instead of the left?

When logged into an admin account viewing the page at the top there's a menu item labeled CSS. There's also one-labeled Theme overrides. I haven't used them to actually do anything of significance, but both of these have the capability of achieving what you want. Theme Overrides is the appropriate way to achieve this, but I find CSS to be easier to navigate
