Our recent update on Sep 4th has introduced a bug into saving email templates - e.g. any automatic email like event announcement.

If you add any complex HTML code into a template (e.g. by using a copy from a predesigned email template function) and save it, the email template in question is wiped out - saves as empty.

We are testing a fix and expect to publish it overnight to Monday Sep 10th.

For now, please refrain from editing/saving email templates with any kind of complex HTML (= tables, formatted text, pictures etc.). (If your template does not have any links to images, documents or websites, it will save OK)

If any of your email templates have been wiped out due to this bug please contact support and we will restore it from our backups.
