Problems with email sending and payment processing April 5th
As of ~11:45 am April 5th (EST) we have been alerted to problems in sending emails and processing payments. This has been tracked down to hardware failure and our team has been working on it since. We expect this to be fixed by 2pm EST.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We do have multiple redundancies built into our systems but they did not help in this specific situation as it has affected several machines at once.

We have confirmed that everything is back to normal now. Emails are being sent out and payments are being processed.
Note:
Emails that were sent during the malfunction period were most probably not sent (we are still reviewing logs, but this is 99.9% confirmed) - you would need to resend them.
Failed payments will have to be retried again.
Payments that were processed successfully at the payment processor but not correctly reflected in Wild Apricot, should 'catch up' soon so will not have to be retried/reentered.

We are still running some tests but it looks like we have fixed the problem. Everything should be back to normal now.
