Wild Apricot v4.2 upgrade is planned for Wednesday, May 18th, 2011.Servers will be taken off-line intermittently from 2:50 am to 8:00am, Eastern time (GMT-5).
Please notify other users in your organization as appropriate.
All accounts will be upgraded automatically and all data will be converted to the new version. We will also maintain full backups of your data before the upgrade for any troubleshooting.
New version will provide improvements and enhancements to Wild Apricot, addressing your feedback and requests, including the following:
* Detailed log of sent emails - both email blasts and automatic system emails, including the capability to view emails sent to a specific contact.
* Timezone for organization and events, time/date format customization
* QuickBooks export
* Events announcements to contacts
* Merge Contacts
* First and Last name will no longer be mandatory - while Organization field will be added to all key screens alongside name fields
* Mandatory Fields are no longer enforced for Administrators
And the last but not least:
* (beta) New CMS architecture brings new customization capabilities - designers can now change HTML code and create own themes. In next 4.3 we will continue working on CMS redesign.
